Start by rinsing your hair with warm water for 1-2 minutes to eliminate dust and light dirt, then take a small amount of product (about 2 cm) in your wet palm, create a lather, apply it to your hair, wash your scalp gently with the foam, and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water—just like you would with liquid shampoo.
